Guests must request approval in advance for any additional occupants or visitors beyond those disclosed at booking. No Parties or Events Parties, events, gatherings, or large group activities are not permitted at any time. This includes but is not limited to celebrations, receptions, or commercial use of the property. No Smoking Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property, including cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, or similar substances. Pets No pets allowed. Service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable law. Check-In and Check-Out Times Standard check-in and check-out times apply. Early check-in or late check-out is permitted only with prior written approval and subject to availability. Monitoring and Safety Devices The property is equipped with exterior security cameras (only at the door or facing the driveway) and noise monitoring devices. These devices are used for safety, compliance, and property protection purposes. • Security cameras are located outside only and are never placed inside the home. • Noise monitoring devices measure sound levels only and do not record conversations or audio. Respect for Property and Neighbors Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect neighbors at all times Safety Acknowledgment Guests acknowledge that staying at the property involves ordinary risks associated with residential use, including but not limited to stairs, outdoor areas, weather conditions, and household amenities. Guests agree to use the property and its amenities responsibly and in accordance with posted instructions and these House Rules.
